Preferences, not cut-offs.
One role across two businesses in the group. You will work on the software behind Quantum Health, which serves medical specialist practices, and FuelCapp Technologies, which builds custom software, integrations and security for African enterprises. Both run on the same core stack, with some Microsoft tooling on the FuelCapp side.
This is a deliberately broad first job. You will ship small features, fix bugs, and sit close enough to real users to understand why the bug mattered.
What you will do
Build and ship small features and improvements across both products
Diagnose and fix reported bugs, and write the test that stops them coming back
Take user issues from both businesses, reproduce them, and resolve or escalate them
Turn recurring support issues into product fixes rather than repeated answers
Keep notes and documentation good enough for the next person
What we are looking for
You have built something and can explain how it works
You can read code you did not write without panicking
You would rather understand a problem than guess at it
You can write a clear explanation for someone who is not technical
A degree or diploma in computer science, information systems, informatics or engineering fits well. Exposure to the Microsoft stack is useful for the FuelCapp side but is not required: we will teach it.
